    I am not the most active person out there. But it does keep track of my activity. You can sync your friends to see their progress. Its pretty cool

    I like the app and the way the watch works with the workouts. I am still working on using it but so far so good. The only thing I would say is the app isn't as user friendly as other apple apps. Harder to find other workouts than the ones they recommend.
