    Great for tracking overall fitness and using with the apple watch to track my exercises. I can even view the history of data from a few years ago to track progress and view growth.

    I like it, but it’s not as accurate as other products. I had a friend whose fitness gave her a different number when we went walking. So we tested it out and this wasn’t as accurate as hers
