    Apple Fitness+ has completely changed the way I work out. What makes it stand out is how personal and motivating the experience feels. The trainers bring great energy without feeling over-the-top, and the classes are designed for every level — whether you’re just starting or already active. I love that it syncs perfectly with my Apple Watch, so I can see my heart rate, calories, and the Burn Bar live on-screen while I’m exercising. The variety is incredible. Strength, HIIT, cycling, yoga, core, boxing, walking, meditation — there’s always something new to try, and Apple constantly adds fresh workouts. The production quality is top tier too.     App is easy to use - offers a very nice selection of features - but I mostly appreciate all the videos - that are uninterrupted - stretching, meditation, core, and so much more! You can choose your trainer (for the most part) and you can also, of course, use it with your Apple watch - I do not have the apple watch - yet - I am currently using my Fitbit - I dont know that I will change - but I still use and subscribe to the Apple Fitness app for many reasons - they have a lot to offer! Apple Ecosystem for the WIN!
