    I'll admit to using this app for an occasional glimpes at my daily activities, however, I get creeped out whenever I find myself getting bossed around by an appliance.

    I gave it 3 stars because I never used it, and I didn't see anything else I could use to rate it. I wish they would let you start when you feel like it your time should start when you're ready. this is my first time see this page with the survey never knew, and I'm starting to sign up .

    There were some good workouts but not many that were high-intensity. Music choice could use some work, songs are sometimes distracting to the workout. No option to skip ahead on the workout like in FitBit premium.

    Couldn't tell a difference between this version and the free version on my apple watch. The free version of apple fitness has plenty of features, if you want a paid service you should go for something more dedicated to fitness than Apple.
