Good starter for those without an active lifestyle

This is probably best for those that don’t work out and need a way to track their steps and monitor how many stairs were climbed, this is a good starter to lead to a regular exercise routine. But, for those with an active lifestyle and regular exercise program I would not recommend it.

There isnt a lot of range in the amount or style of fitness types offered on this app. Definitely isnt worth a paid subscriptionfor sure. Free trial, sure, but paid subscription no.

Free Apple Fitness was a surprise added
