Good options easy to use and perfect for when your just starting your work out routine

Apple Fitness+ has completely changed how I work out. Whether it’s HIIT, yoga, strength training, or mindful cooldowns, the trainers are super motivating and relatable. I like how it syncs with my Apple Watch, tracking every move and keeping me accountable. It’s like having a personal trainer on demand — and way more affordable!

Free with iPhone 17 pro max purchase, and it works perfect on apple eco system. Good to track walking miles, calories, standing but best of all you can challenge each other on a health journey.

You really have to have an AppleTV and an Apple Watch to make the most of all the features. It feels like Apple intentionally designs their products so that you have to buy ALL of them in order to get the benefits, when in reality it's something they can solve through software. And that's the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5. For example. I have a TV with Roku built in. I could AirPlay the workouts to my TV, but it wouldn't show the Fitness stats on the TV. In order to do that, I had to also buy an AppleTV and run Fitness from the AppleTV. But I don't want to have to spend another $150 just to be able to use that one feature. And that's how Apple traps people. Now to the positives: The workouts and the coaches are AWESOME. They're great at explaining what you need to do, and how you should feel as you're following along, that way you know you're doing it correctly. There's all kinds of filters you can use for types of workout, duration, etc. And they consistently roll out new workouts so you're not just doing the same rotation every week. The stats automatically get logged for you, so you don't have to manually put them in on your Apple Watch. I love the program, it's just disappointing that you have to have two companion devices (Watch and AppleTV) in order to use it to its fullest capabilities. When you factor all that in, it's not just $10/mo. It's also $400-$600 for the Watch and AppleTV, and those will have to be replaced over time too. And that's why I say it's not really a great value overall. I have since moved on to follow-along workouts on YouTube. There are tons of independent creators who provide workout content for free. I only recommend this if you're already fully-integrated into the Apple ecosystem, otherwise there are many less restrictive alternatives.

Came with the buy of my iPad Air and I think I will keep the subscription. Hundreds of workouts to pick from. Love the yoga and Pilates ones. Also many options for cool down, stretching and meditation!

Apple fitness is great. I like being able to track my workout and progress.

I am so pleased with my new ipad air 5. Best Buy has the best displays and also an Apple representative to answer any questions. I was going to buy the 10th generation on sale - but the representative explained to me the speed of the processor and the longer life of the battery. A small amount extra to pay for so much more.
