But, because I have an apple watch, apple has decided to not let users sync offline playlist. So you're forced to either use Spotify and pay $10/month extra for unneeded data, or use apple music. Not happy with Apple's business practices. Spotify service is way better, too.

Don't work without new credit card entry.

If it would be redeemable without entering card details to activate the trial, it would be a good deal. Now it's really don't have any use as most of the old apple user already used the one month trial of apple music or any other offer.
