Couldn't use the key, even on a brand newly created Apple ID. Stated the key was invalid, and no recourse for a new one. It was free, so I can't complain that much, but would have been nice to use the extra free month beyond what Apple gives you.

I tried to sign up with all links provided and could not get the 4 months free. Best offer was 3 months.

The code doesn’t work and I don’t know who to call to fix it. Best Buy says it should work but the guy in the store saw it want working Apple would switch to one month free. I’m so confused. Just work we need it to work

THis only works for first time subscribers, it wasn't advertised that way, so it was wasted time and effort overall. its just a way to get you to sign up and forget about your subscription.

I thought for being a member i would get the subscription for 4 months but when I receive that redemption code in my email and this was for only 1 month only instead 4....unexpected.

I was about to redeem it with my Apple ID, but it’s disappointing since it would only show 1 month free. So yeah, I don’t think that this really comes with 3 months Apple Must c subscription.

I never got my 4 months free. Maybe I used it before and Apple stopped it but if it’s4 months free it should be 4 months or 4 more months. Don’t really care though. Just saying.

This link didnt work. I used the code when I went directly to the site and that didnt work. What a bust.

Email doesn’t work Because for some reason if you’re connected with your Google account your Apple ID is not connected therefore you can’t access it

Get this promo with my purchase but trying to redeem it. It did not let me activate the promo. Contact iTunes and they were not able to help.

not as described . was not able to use the free trial because i previously used apple music . it was not stated that would be a problem.

Was excited by this and then immediately disappointed when I found out I could use bc I had already redeemed a trial for a week many years ago

This never uploaded for me. I never got chance to even try it. Best buy said they were having difficulty getting Apple to agree to deal.

Only if you never I mean EVER were Apple music subscriber it is a good deal. I was 5 years ago so BB code is good for ONE month trial.

It’s a joke, applied for the service to no avail. I have not seen any feed back or email joining the service. Been over 3 weeks now.

Hate that this only to new subscribers. Everybody has this so don’t add this on if it doesn’t benefit me.

This offer expired before I could use it. Bought a Christmas gift and this was included. Not enough time to activate
