This was an odd 'purchase'. I had to enter cc info to get this free product. When I tried to redeem from the email, I got the message to open iTunes but when I opened iTunes, nothing happens (no space to enter code)

This is only good for brand new subscribers. Since I had already tried a three month trial of apple music before, I only received one month access.

This is a fake offer to charge your credit card. They send you a redemption code with a link but the link just takes you to a page telling you to download Apple Music. Nothing telling you how to redeem the code. Since you can't redeem the code you can't create an account so you can't cancel and they will charge the credit card forever since a credit card was required to get the free offer.

The link opens the Apple Music App on my laptop, where my unpaid music that I've loaded onto my laptop sits. It does not take me to a place to redeem my offer. When I click on "Account - Join Apple Music" it only has the free one month subscription my new computer came with that I have chosen not to sign up for. No idea how to get 4 months
