Just like new condition, lightning fast, and not at all the headache to set up that I was expecting! From opening the box to fully functional, with everything transferred from the last backup of my recently dead Acer laptop, and connected to my wifi and printer took less than 1/2 hour! That never happens! Plus, it's not loaded up with a ton of unwanted crap that even brand new computers tend to come with. Thank you Joy Systems, I'm very happy with this Lenovo and the entire purchase experience!!
