    I went to BestBuy to get service on an existing IPad Pro from the Geek squad. They were considerate and helpful and it was determined that there was a serious defect. I bought a new I Pad Pro and they transferred all my information onto the new device. They were extremely patient and addressed all my needs. I am extremely grateful leaving there with more information than I previously had knowledge of. Glad I took that service.
