The best purchase I made ! exactly what i needed for personal use

The apple music was so amazing, when i purchased the product it was so useful and i am not having a hard ime browsing music in other platform because there is alreadya apple music.

Apple music is much more convenient. It makes more sense to pay for the services of an app pre-downloaded into your phone than any other. Apple music also offers 8D/spatial/and dolby audio which takes listening to your favourite music to another level.

I love Apple Music!! It’s so easy to navigate and I love being able to listen to my favorite songs. They recently added a new feature where you can make playlists with your friends and family. I have been a proud Apple Music listener for 4 years now!

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with both Best Buy and Apple, being passed back and forth with absolutely no real help. In August 2023, I bought AirPods from Best Buy that came with a promotion for 3 free months of Apple Music. I also purchased an iPhone and Apple Watch from Best Buy in March 2024, and most recently upgraded my AirPods again in March 2025. Every other time, redeeming the Apple Music offer was simple until now. This past week was a complete nightmare. Best Buy refused to help, telling me I had to deal directly with Apple even though it was a Best Buy sales rep who pitched me the Apple Music promotion during my purchase. I explained I was a loyal Best Buy customer who trusted these promotions, and still, Best Buy did not even attempt to mediate the issue, which is absolutely ridiculous. While I was stuck on hold with Best Buy, an Apple associate over chat started quoting policies at me, brushing me off instead of helping. After being transferred multiple times, I finally spoke to John at Apple, but even John was not able to get me the 3 free months. Now I am being told I have to escalate this to the leader team to maybe get it fixed. This is absolutely ridiculous. At this point, I could have just walked away and chalked it up as a loss, but as a loyal customer who was considering upgrading my iPhone soon, which also comes with an Apple Music offer, I stood up for myself. Now I am seriously second-guessing whether I will continue buying from Best Buy or even continue investing in Apple products at all. Best Buy advertises "Free 3 Months of Apple Music for New or Returning Customers," but when a loyal customer like me tries to redeem it, there is no support, no accountability, and no real help. If Best Buy is going to advertise promotions, they need to actually back them up, not leave customers abandoned and frustrated. This was one of the most disappointing and exhausting customer service experiences I have ever had. Best Buy, you need to do better.

These head phones are top tier! I highly recommend. They are kind of pricey side but total worth it.
