The free trial was super easy to activate, and the sound quality is top-notch. I love being able to download songs for offline listening and explore personalized stations. Pros: 1. Sound great 2. Well made/sturdy 3. Tons of aftermarket cases. I use an awesome little spite addon that ads a locking mechanism and lanyard directly to the case. 4. Sound isolation and awareness mode and special audio are just super cool. These feel like wearing something out of Star Trek. Meh: 1: silicone tips aren’t very sturdy. Probe to small rips if you use nails to remove them for cleaning. 2. Not the best for workouts or when eating FOR ME. Your mileage may vary. They frequently fall out and I’m constantly adjusting their fit. I’ve never been able to rock Apple headphones because my ear shape and holes just aren’t compatible. 3. Pairing: pairing is a huge pain if you have other Apple devices, wespecially if you ever introduce it to your Apple Watch. Most of the time They will switch seamlessly between my phone and iPad, but if I have my watch on, it will auto connect to it and will not budge until I reset my Bluetooth on my phone. Super annoying and unpredictable
