    A financial literacy topic that I am interested in researching is investing. This goes without saying but Investing is a very critical part of becoming financially free. And there’s also so much that goes into it, there’s so many different investment opportunities, strategies, and accounts. What interests me the most is investing into real estate, and owning properties. It seems to me at least that this is t most safe investment out of anything out there. You physically own land, which historically never depreciated. There’s also a term called house hacking where you own a two person home and rent the other one out to a tenant to cover both sides of the mortgage. So you are getting to live for free and also on top of that, once the mortgage is up you get to own the house. u
