The app is pretty good, it has really good quality of sound

good for someone that uses it and keeps it. once and if you delete your account is when the magic begins- poof, your entire music collection is gone from your library unless you had purchased the tunes. but try it for free, just do not spend to much time loving it unless you keep the subscription

I will place a review on every item I have received with this order. I placed this order on June 28th for an hour pick up, it was around 5pm, and I waited the rest of the day, I let it go assuming it was late, and I will get it the next day. The next morning I still hadn't received any notification in regards to pick up, so I called. On the call the support team advised my item wasn't in stock, I knew that wasn't true, so we needed the call and I went down to my Best Buy to get my order. I got amazing help at the Fayetteville Best Buy, and got someone to find my item and bring it up. The team informed me my item was changed to shipping and I would have to call the support number to get them to change it. I was on and off the phone, and at the store for 5 hours of getting lied to by the support center, hung up on, and disconnected from. I was told it was too late to change it as it's been picked up by the carrier. I checked on it again the next day, and was advised in the morning no worries, it will get to you today. I got excited, and left it alone, until about 7 o'clock when my item had still not arrived, I connected to the chat to be disconnected from the first chat, told in the second chat no one could help me, then in the third chat told it was still waiting processing. SO again lied to. My one hour pick up changed into a 5 day delivery with out my consent. They continued to lie, hang up on me, and just been so rude. I have received no help, and made to feel like I was the problem here. Still waiting for a manager to call me and rectify this situation as this was unacceptable.
