Quit putting it with EVERY Apple product

I already had my free trial. I don’t get another because you wasted a spot on my receipt.

Would never shop here again

Sold it to me initially which included free installation and then rescinded it and then I lost the other benefits on all prepurchased items when I declined to renew. Have spent hours trying to fix with no calls back or help.
