Even though it says new and returning customers are able to reedem the free subscription for 4 and 3 months respectively, when I tried to apply it to my account, it said I “exceeded the limit for my account”.

I was not told I had a free trial. It would have been nice if I was told that I had a free trial. I happen to stumble upon this review.

It's definitely worth the promo price but no free use with ads after you cancel subscription so I lost all my playlist Spotify much better for regular subscription price than Apple

Way overpriced and just had another price increase. It was difficult to cancel before the short trial ended. My CDs are enough with the free Jango Radio app for when not at home.

Good but dont use it i wish there was an option to add this or not since i dont use it maybe iffer a month free of youtube red or something like that. They cost the same

I already subscribed to this and continue to support and buy Apple products but get penalized by already being a subscriber and not being eligible for these perks. Apple, not very fair.

Apple says it’s only for new customers and wouldn’t allow me to get it! So bummed! They only offered Apple News + , but I’m not interested. I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t offer the free music for the 4 months? Ughhh!

Code didn’t even worked. Not sure why they even bother including it if you get error messages and no idea how to contact support. I was really looking forward to using Apple Music honestly but oh well

Would be nice to be able to use the subscription as a current customer. I’ve bought multiple apple iphones, airpods and macbooks in the last 2 years and can’t ever use the 3 free months because I already have an apple id

Apple music would be better if existing customers could benefit from the 4 month offers after purchasing more Apple products. The music offers are for new customers only.

When I entered the code it totally changed my iTunes. I can’t add music manually. It only works though the cloud. Meaning all the music I downloaded can’t be added to my phones.

Without adding credit card details its not possible to use 3 month service. I say its not worth of giving free 3 month along with apple products. Instead of thes nonsense if we get some real discount its useful.

Labeled as free for 4 months for new or returning subscribers but that is not true. Apple states this is only for new subscribers.

You may on only use a promo one time per application le id. Once you’ve used one promo they don’t allow a second chance. They should mention that! Happy to help…

Attempted to use as I got an annoying amount of alerts that these came with a purchase from Best Buy and I kept getting an error that my Apple ID had exceeded the number of free trials.

If you offer a free gift as a Shove to buy. Maybe let it be known that if you’ve used one before it’s garbage as a gift. I’ll buy from the “mart” next time. Thanks.

I love the Apple Music but I don’t love that ever product I buy comes with free music when I already have it. Please offer current users something even if it is just a month credit.
