Annoying that I keep getting "free" Apple Music when I already subscribe. I realize it is a promo to add subscribers, but maybe give something - $5 off for existing customers or something like that?

If i could i would give less than one star. I click on complete offer on amazon and it never brings me to amazon to complete the offer. Waste of time.

We asked them not to add this but apparently they did which is bad form. Guess I'll have to spend a bunch of time trying to figure out how to cancel it.

only cuz it was free and included, i have it. didnt use like all the other perks i got with the speaker case. shows how "good" these services are if one cares they got it for free.

I did not sign up for this. Store salespeople must get a commission for this. They asked me about it and I declined. But they added it anyway.

I use to have my own songs in my phone and once i have took the free subscription, all those songs were uploaded to apple musing and when i end the subscription my own songs were not there any more

This came as a trial and it was worth every penny I didn't spend on it for exactly as long as this lasted. Get a better service.

Not happy that I couldn’t redeem the free months. I love Apple Music and the price is fair but it still would’ve been nice if I could’ve had some free months.

There are so many alternatives to ad-free music when what Apple offers here.

Not as easy to use as spotify. The ai is subpar in that it wont create stations based on a song that are ongoing. Itll create a station but its like the same 15 songs and then repeats.

The library is OK but is missing many, many songs that I can find on Tidal at a much higher quality. Not being able to follow artists or save them is the most annoying head scratcher.

Never even knew I had a trial option with this. I use Apple products and download from the Apple Music store but have never been prompted that I had a trial.

False promises! It clearly stated 4 months free for both new and returning customers but when I tried to activate, I was denied! It said I was an existing customer

I hate how you have to clear the app out after a certain amount of time because of how much it freezes. ALot of the time it tells me my music isn’t isn’t downloaded and won’t play.

Came with ipad purchase I did not use this service at all. It’s too expensive just like everything else and is not proportionate to wages.

I wish they'd just give some money off the purchase or give Sirius or something else. Not everyone likes Apple Music.

My order included 3 months free of Apple TV +. I received an email with the offer. Yet the offer expired before the purchase date!

Never even used this. If i used the Apple Music and decided to keep it, i would have to pay monthly. No point in getting used to it.
