I was extremely disappointed with Apple Music streaming service. Firstly, the user interface was incredibly confusing and unintuitive. It was difficult to navigate through the app and find the music I was looking for. Additionally, the search function was unreliable and often failed to bring up relevant results. Furthermore, I found the music library to be quite limited compared to other streaming platforms. Many of my favorite artists and albums were missing, and I often had to settle for alternative versions or covers. The lack of variety was frustrating and made the overall experience underwhelming. On top of that, the audio quality was subpar. I noticed a significant decrease in sound quality compared to other streaming services, with songs sounding flat and lacking depth. This greatly affected my enjoyment of the music. Lastly, the customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful. I encountered several issues while using the app, but my inquiries and complaints seemed to fall on deaf ears. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience overall. Based on my poor experience with Apple Music, I would not recommend it as a streaming service. There are much better options available that offer a more user-friendly interface, a wider music library, and superior audio quality.

They work pretty good, the sound is clear, and the microphone isn’t bad either, only issue is they get tangled easily

I’d say it’s good to use and to purchase but if used too many times it won’t work again. Only thing I don’t like about it.

It didn’t give me a full 4 months because my account was pre-existing already, but it shed some months off.

Worked well with no problems after sign up. Has a good selection of music so just about anyone can be happy.

No ads I can listen to music whenever I want and I’m able to download it when I’m on airplanes overall very satisfied!!!
