This product lacks last.fm support and trying to get it to work with a scrobbler is a pain, on any OS. The windows version of this program suddenly will not load anything. Nothing on my pc has changed, but now I can't even use the service. I won't be renewing this, I'm going to try spotify again.

I hate to write such a bad review but I’m not sure if it’s just my tv or what because I read some pretty good reviews before I purchased the tv. It just don’t work efficiently or effectively at all. It’s hard to get it to connect to my internet, even after taking all the other devices off. I can’t find how to update the software. Is overall not having a good experience with the tv

The ear rubber pieces didnt come with so they hurt your ears io wear. Best buy store was no help.

Did not work. Apple said over 7 times this is only for new subscribers not for returning subscribers. I got this included when I purchased a phone screen protector. I tried to return the item online and the won’t accept it. Have been on the phone with Best Buy customer service for a combined total of 12 hours.

Apple Music catalog is limited compared to other services. Wasn’t worth the price. Plus the Apple Music app was buggy.

Didn’t work for me. Weird conditions that didn’t seem applicable to me but regardless didn’t work. It was free so I didn’t bother to reach out and complain about it since it came as part of another purchase that I was going to get anyway. But I wouldn’t make this condition of Way by something from Best Buy.

Didn’t work for me because I already used a free trial before but that sucks because it already ended so this one should’ve worked. They just don’t want you to use multiple free trials
