Apple Music is boring, free is for me. Don’t bother paying for this.

Apple music is really good I like using it for songs

It gave me three months instead of six so a big letdown there.

Overall it's good if you are a new subscribers but

I don't understand it... All of my music disappeared,.. Now I can't find any of it... the ONLY music I can find in my Apple Music is the only I purchased when I first started with iTunes.... APPLE MUSIC SUCKS!!!!

Went to use this and only gave me 3 months. I get it, it’s a free trial but don’t make an incentive and not give it.

Apple Music is inferior to Spotify in every measurable and immeasurable way. The suggestion algorithms give me headaches, recommending songs that are about as unrelated as you can imagine.

Awesome that they can give away free Apple Music, but would get 5 stars if I could actually use it! Said it emailed me code and I never got an email..

Worked for the first couple of weeks, wanted to continue it so I set up a subscription using google play. It said it would charge me after the trial ended, but it charged me immediately. Called apple, the lady on the phone was super condescending. When I told her the trial was a free offer through BestBuy, she pretty much reject any such promotion existed, and said you only get one if you bought an airpod. Did a chargeback through google, the three month trial ended 20 days into.

I personally don't recommend paying for the service because it lacks in comparison to Spotify or even YouTube music. Older songs are hard near impossible to find but on Spotify it just works

For whatever reason this didn’t give me 6 months. Only received 2, pretty strange but this is the reason I gave 2 stars

As labeled it said a 6 month trial, went thru purchase process only to follow the link and said congrats on your 3 month trial?! Asked BBY why and have not received a response at all- frustrated more at lack of communication and deceit

I only received 2 months of free music, been trying to charge my Apple account $11 ever since never received my 6 month free

I wouldn't recommend compared to Spotify being the same price. The ease of use and seamless switching of spotify makes that the better purchase as well.

This product is a lie. I got it and tried to redeem it, but I would not give me the 6 months that it claimed. It only offered 3 months despite me being a new subscriber. I contacted Apple, Best Buy, was transferred half a dozen times, and then Apple again and they did not resolve the issue.

The price was right, but this is not ready for prime time if you're not part of the Apple ecosystem. Lacks basic voice integration like playing song radio with Google. App is clunky compared to Spotify, and also is not as full featured with connect functionality. It's worse on pc where there just isn't an app. Some functionality is in iTunes, and other functionality requires a web player.
