Thank God Apple offers lossless, high-fidelity audio options. I have long been confused as to why, in the age of 5G cellular reception and gigabit home internet, most music streamers still utilize compressed MP3s as their 'masters.' It was refreshing to revisit Apple's music streaming service (now dubbed Apple Music) and finding that they're utilizing high bit rate, lossless masters and even providing Dolby Atmos (branded as "spatial audio"). These are features I would have expected to get the mainstream push a few years back, but at least we've gotten there. I'm new to iOS on my daily driver (been a longtime Sony+Android user) but I'm getting used to the Apple Music interface and enjoying it more with each day. Definitely going to have to consider subscribing once the trial ends :)

You guys did not email any of the instructions to redeem apple music, news and tv. I am disappointed, this is also the second time i bought airpods and never got the perks sent to my email.

I wish I could rate this as unapplicable because it only works for new Apple Music subscribers. Maybe the 1 star is justified just for that reason. It came with my purchase. I'm rating it good IN TERMS of the APP and SERVICE, not the subscription. The free 6 month subscription sucks. see previous sentence up top. However I will say, the app is fine. Feel maybe a bit overpriced. Takes some time for it to understand your music and taste. The app works fine and has no issue. The music, especially with Dolby Atmos and Airpod Pros (probably even better with Max's due to having a fairly flat and even sound for those who are into music and sound and whatnot thanks Dankpods.) is actually pretty good. I'm not the biggest fan of the app design, but that's more of a subjective opinion. Overral, it's good in terms of the app, but bad because I can't take advantage of the free 6 month subscription.

The representatives were polite and friendly. They demonstrated the basics of using my television and the associated applications. They explained clearly that not all channels offer Ultra High Def options, but told me some of the ones that did. They also showed me how to use the internet browser on my smart TV. They were far better than the first young man who installed the TV, Charles. His Partner, Nathan, would have done better alone. I would rather have had him. He tried to be polite and helpful, but Charles would not allow him. Charles was abusive to Nathan, mocked me in my own home, was condescending and rude, offered an insincere and insulting "apology" when told that he was deeply upsetting me. In the end, his behavior caused me to have a stroke from anxiety and upset.
