Supposedly they gave it to me for free for 6 months, but I could never change it, they did not send me the code

For new subscribers only is the major drawback as it actually messed up my current free months from an IPAD I bought

So, it’s been like a month and a half and I decided I wanted to now get Apple Music and use my 6 month free trial from my MAC purchase, and I can’t. Error occurred. Apparently the code expired and I can no longer use my free trial code. With an expensive purchase of a product, you’d think they would let you redeem offers longer. Absolutely ridiculous.

It would be better if it was available for existing Apple accounts. For as much as I paid for the iPad it came with.

Apple doesn’t honor this promo. Item states “New our returning Apple Music customers”. However according to Apple support in order to qualify as a returning customer you must go 3 years without Apple Music. Nothing in apple’s terms and conditions states this in the promo section. So unless you never had Apple Music or been without for 3 years this is dead.

I prefer Spotify or Pandora over Apple Music. They are easier to navigate. Only tried because of free trial.

Would be nice if I wasn’t an existing user. Not sure why this was even a necessary purchase, just wanted the iPad.

I was expecting a better selection than Spotify or Pandora. Could be much better..but nope, just average.

Pandora is better.. I like something nicer and not trying to be rich and luxurious! Apple.. why would we use your product if we already have Pandora which is free and convenient? You can reduce the cost and integrate ads without sounds or you can simply make it free to all with Apple products that can utilize Apple Music.. Overall, the quality of the contents in the app isn’t so bad!

Good music, but misleading. When I activated, I only received 3 months, and then 9.99 a month after that.

It sucks that I’m unable to use these as Bestbuy hands them out like Halloween candy. Unfortunately I have a monthly paid subscription to Apple Music already but apple wont allow me to use it as a payment towards my subscription

Great to have but you have to make a whole new apple account to Use it ! So Wish I can apply it towards my existing account

It works fine. Just have trouble finding the music I want, which is not the top hits of today.

It was nice getting free music for a couple of months even though I don’t use it

I would not pay for this but free is fine. When it goes away it’s gone and I don’t shed a tear.

It's ok, but i never use it, i sase my lte signal, the place i work doesnt have signal.
