Apple Music is not free

Free 6 months of music-not delivered...

I called customer service six times and kept getting transferred and hung up on. I received the e-mail with the activation link where it takes me to the Apple Music app, there I get an error page. I don't know what to do since I already called customer service... (BTW I'm a new subscriber)

The main one being that it always starts itself when your carplay connects, whether you want it to or not, and seems to always start with the same song. I don't know what made apple think I want this to happen, but I can assure you I don't. I uninstalled it from my devices and would never pay for it
