Could not use the free offer. I do not subscribe to Apple Music. Maybe i used a free offer years ago but i do not subscribe to apple music. The cost does not pass the common sense test for me. I prefer Amazon music.

Another Apple ripoff...nothing special & if you forget to cancel before the 6 months is up they charge you anyway...I don't like that you have to give them a credit card before they turn on the service...don't recommend.

Even though it was free with my purchase of my airpods, I couldn't use it cause I'm already subscribed to apple music. That is beyond stupid. I don't get 6 months free cause I'm already a loyal customer?? Thanks Apple.

Honestly I prefer Spotify. Apple Music isn’t bad, but the overall content available along with the user interface just seems to lack what makes Spotify fun and easy to use. I’d honestly prefer even Tidal over Apple Music.

Not good. I already have Apple Music. Stop adding this to all my purchases. Why don’t you just get existing members of Apple Music one month free or something? This is dumb and gimmicky.

Boo! Didn’t apply this properly and contacted Apple and even though they knew I hadn’t used it and I tried to correct my mistake they would not redeem the offer and allow me to use it! Totally feel like I was cheated! Never got to use it!

This would be useful for an existing Apple user. I get that Apple monetizes everything exclusively for themselves and is no fault of Best Buy. But this serves no purpose to someone already subscribing to Apple Music.

The free offer would not work. Kept giving an error message that offer was not redeemable at this time. Disappointing as this was a differentiator between buying on line or buying in store.

Finna see if this hit hopefully so but why they got me making a message at a minimum of 50 characters but I know this app fire but it just would be better if some of the music was free. ):(:/:

When activating the trail, Apple was offering a free month trail too. Called Apple to see if the offers could be combined and they said yes. The 30-day trail worked but the BB 6-month didn't.

If you have ever had a free subscriptions you are unable to use another free subscriptions. I think this is wrong because I have purchased the items I should still get the free subscription like it is advertised.

I like Apple Music and the features, but with the Best Buy free trial it’s only for people who have never subscribed to Apple Music in the past. This would be an awesome promotion if existing customers could benefit.

I have not activated the free Apple Music because I don't want to be charged after the 6months is over! FREE is FREE and I shouldn't have to provide my credit card info to obtain this FREE!!!

You only get THREE, not the promised SIX, months of Apple Music. Very disappointed, especially since this is the same thing you can get without buying an iTunes/Apple Gift card. (Basically a "false gift" when purchasing card.)

I was supposed to receive this on two different purchases but email to start it didn’t work. I told 2 employees at store with no assistance. Therefore I didn’t ever receive it.

Apple makes it ridiculously difficult to redeem! NEVER used any Apple svces. Could not redeem the - Free Apple Music for up to 6 months Apple makes it ridiculously difficult.

This is pretty much useless. Not sure why they said it was free if you can’t even redeem or use it. I’ve tried and all I got was an error message saying try again later. Not the best but good try Best Buy…

I didn't find Apple Music of much value for me. No way to create and save playlist. No curated channels. No way to effectively personalize my view. Apple kept pushing me towards music I don't like.

I can’t review because I tried to listen and so I’ve never been able to listen even after getting help from my son in law. Thanks for now thing , I’m glad it’s free for a while

I had Apple Music before but can’t use this promotion because only first time users are eligible which is wack. It came with my purchase I should be able to use it no matter what but that’s just me
