Frustrating

I purchased 3 speakers and they are not cheap... first of you can’t use Pandora also Siri is so frustrating she doesn’t understand and I speak clearly my phone and watch both recognize me. Then she will play random stations and there are songs you cannot skip so I will have to tell her to turn off then change the station. I’m so unhappy and I can no longer return them since I was thinking it was internet related. Oh well I’ll deal with subpar expensive speakers that work when they feel like it. Also I feel that I should be able to return them still considering they took so long to ship!
