Horrible product. Do not recommend. Impossible to activate. When you reach the point of frustration that's too much and want to start over from scratch apple TV says you can only load a code once. Totally not even close to being worth the effort of redeeming this so called gift with purchase

I got this promotional offer included with a purchase that I had made. When I tried to activate it I got an error stating that I was not qualified for this promotion because I had recently activated a similar promotion. Which was not true. I called support and they had supposedly fixed the problem but it did not work.

A good offer but after numerous attempts bi have not been able to connect if you had it previously then you are out luck

This qualifying returning customers requirement is nonsense. It means if you've ever taken this offer before you can forget it. No matter how many years ago. I buy a new iPhone every yesr and a new Macbook air when ever they come out and this multi billion dollar corp can't spare a fee months on their TV app. i got this offer this time because a purchased a TV at Best Buy and again im not allowed to use it because of Apple's greed.

not much on here to speak of. many other platforms have better options for viewing options.

Apple TV is only a good purchase when it’s free. Poor amount of content for normal price. Would be a much better value at $5 than the over $10 they charge. Definitely not an everyday I must watch streaming network.

I am not an apple user and have been unable to even create an apple account without being directed to contact Apple Support, so this free item is useless to me.

Nice bonus included with the purchase! The free Apple TV+ for 2 months was easy to redeem and worked without any issues for me as a qualified returning subscriber. Plenty of great shows and movies to watch, making this a solid added perk from Best Buy.

I didn’t use this option. Instead I used APPLE MUSIC. Apple Music however did not meet my expectations due to use of Bluetooth in my vehicle failed to meet sound levels and unable to increase volume capacity.

Would not let me redeem because I bought something in the past . This product was different than previous product. Feels like bait and switch. If you buy this you will get this free then deny free item because you purchased a totally different item before

This has happened to me in the past when I bought an apple product from Best Buy. They send you a link for Apple TV for 2 months free and yet it never works. Why bother?

Apple TV is a nice streaming service, although others like Netflix or Disney+ are far better.

I’m really disappointed with Apple TV. I tried to use a second free trial to give the service another chance, but it wouldn’t let me enjoy it properly. It feels like Apple is more focused on pushing subscriptions than giving customers a chance to explore the platform. On top of that, the app isn’t very user-friendly, and there aren’t enough shows or movies to make me want to pay for it. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back or recommending it to anyone.

I have looked for content to watch. I've found one movie I'll watch that's it. Not something I'm going to subscribe to
