Great device but am returning it

Three time i emailed and was told to wait 72 hours for a text or email explaining what i needed to do; NEVER ARRIVED. Even got up for a 2:30 am appointment. Nothing from Apple. Im going to switch teams and go IBM/Dell/Windows!

It was very confusing. But overall, I think they should handle this better and hire people who know how to do the activation.
