I plugged it in, signed into my Apple ID, and it was ready in minutes. It even recognized my other Apple devices automatically, which made logging into apps easier. I didn’t have to type passwords for everything because it used my iPhone to fill them in. That small detail saved a lot of time. The picture quality is excellent. I’m watching on a 4K TV, and the colors look crisp and natural. HDR and Dolby Vision make movies look like they’re straight out of a theater. I also noticed the sound quality is better when paired with my HomePod mini. Everything syncs perfectly. The remote is another big upgrade. It feels comfortable to hold, and the click wheel design works much better than I expected. It’s simple, precise, and easy to control without looking down. I can swipe quickly through shows, adjust volume, or rewind with no lag. Siri works well too. I can ask for a movie, actor, or even a specific episode, and it pulls it up instantly. The Apple TV menu looks clean and modern. It’s organized, so I can find what I need right away. The apps open instantly, and switching between them is smooth. I like how it shows recommendations from multiple platforms in one place instead of forcing me to open each app separately. That feature alone saves me time every day. Another thing I enjoy is how well it connects with my other Apple devices. I can use AirPlay to stream from my iPhone or iPad with zero delay. If I start watching something on my phone, I can switch it to the TV in seconds. The integration feels natural, like all my devices are part of one system. Gaming on Apple Arcade surprised me too. Some of the games look and run great on the big screen. I didn’t expect to use it for gaming, but it’s fun for casual play. Pairing a controller was simple and took less than a minute. Performance-wise, this device doesn’t lag or freeze. It wakes instantly, apps stay open, and it feels powerful. Even after hours of use, it never overheats or slows down. You can tell Apple built it to last, not like cheaper streaming boxes that start glitching after a few months. Another underrated feature is the screen saver. The aerial videos are beautiful, and they make the TV look elegant even when it’s idle. Guests always comment on how good it looks. I also like how private everything feels. We recently had to get a new TV because our Sony OLED went out right at the holidays and we weren't ready for the cost of a new OLED. We ended up with a decent, but much less expensive TV brand but the refresh rate and scrolling was a little sluggish and picture was okay enough but definitely not the same. A friend suggested this. Huge difference, It not only helped everything speed up, but it made the picture much nicer.

It is an amazing add-on service for premium drama, but it likely won't replace your primary subscription like Netflix.

I needed a new iPad. Nothing extravagant. The previous model I had was from 2017 and it’s still working great. I gave the 2017 to my son who needs it for tutoring and I decided to get myself a new one. It’s great. Just what I needed and was able to get the one that matches the same color to my phone.
