It sucks that everything is not included so you have to pay for HBO and some of the subscriptions but overall no complaints. I used my free subscription when I bought my phone a couple years ago and I have maintained a membership since recently when I purchased my iPad I was offered the three month subscription as well. Also, Apple is awesome for Offering that with new purchases thanks Apple thanks, Best Buy.
