    Great sound quality, but horrible app experience and deletion of already saved library means I can't recommend Apple Music to any lapsed listeners. I used to have an account with Apple Music and unsubscribed for a while. I signed up again through a promotion only to find that my entire library including created playlists was deleted by Apple. I checked and it's apparently in their terms that they can delete your library as soon as you unsubscribe. That's fine and all, but I wasn't about to take the time to re-add everything all over again so they lose a customer, even though they surely don't care. It's not an issue I've had while bouncing between other streaming services so it appears to be an Apple thing.

    There are a few original shows/movies I like. However, it is far too few and inbetween. Especially waiting for an entire week for a new episode is not ideal.
