We are enjoying AppleTv via this promo. There are some great shows not available on other apps

I thought this would be simple: get the free trial, sign in, start watching. As I was signing up for the trial, I expected they would ask for payment info. What I didn't expect was for the website to be broken and have nowhere to input my payment info. It asked for it, but the webpage had no boxes, no forms, no nothing. Just "please input your payment info", a non-functional 'continue', and a back button that would restart the entire process. I call customer support. I explain my situation to the representative, who immediately transfers me to someone else. Great start. I explain my situation to the second representative. I just want to give my payment details so I can start the free trial. He says I need to download the Apple TV app (don't know why I can't just use the browser?). Anyway, I do so (against my better judgment, as the reviews are atrocious - buggy, crashing, not allowing users to access programs they've paid for...). I try to sign into the app, but I can't. I have no AppleID (because I couldn't complete the process of setting one up because of the broken website). Second Rep tells me to go to Apple's website on my browser to make an AppleID, so I do. Then, I try signing into the app again. It rejects me, saying my AppleID has never been used at the I-tunes store (why would that matter???). Second Rep tells me I need to download the I-tunes app (again, awful reviews for similar reasons). I do so, try to sign in, and the I-tunes app rejects me because - get this - my AppleID has never been used at the I-tunes store. Second Rep gives up on me and transfers me to someone else. I explain my situation to Third Rep, who immediately tells me that she has to send me back to the department I was just talking to. Fantastic. I explain my situation again to the FOURTH customer service representative I've talked to, who takes me back to Apple's website in my browser to put in my payment info there, does some 'validation' on her end, and finally I'm able to sign in to Apple TV. I'm a new customer, this is your first impression on me. And as it turns out, your last. All I needed to know I should never try to use an Apple product again.
