Bestbuy processed my order and sent out an email with a "Redeem Now" button. When pressed, it goes to Server Error 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. When I view the order, I can see everything including last 4 of credit card. However, the system still says, I need to sign in to view the order. I am already signed in. When I go to order the same thing again, it says I have reached the quantity limit for this product. When I try to view the order. Nothing. When I try to view digital orders. Nothing. Best Buy is a massive disappointment. Customer Service won't help. They do not have a process for 404 errors.

We love Apple TV for the family. We watch it every day!

I wanted to watch a few shows, one of which was available only on Apple TV. Best Buy was the ONLY company we could find that had this offer available. Offers like this and their great customer service are why we have made a number of major appliance and tech purchases at this store over the years. Thank you, Best Buy!

Apple TV+ has some good movies and shows, and the streaming quality is good as well. The 3 months is long enough to test out contents and decide if the service is worth paying for.

great subscription service and even better with free trial

I received an email to redeem, whcih clearly BestBuy Says new and returning customers however when I click the redeem now email, apple says I cant because I already used it. Yes i had a free 1 month trial with my iphone more than a year ago, how is this right?

I took a double take and called Best Buy to ensure this was a legitimate offer be it surprised me it would require no additional purchase or have strings attached. It turned out to be a great promotional opportunity / sale to have access to Apple TV ( as long as I don’t encounter any problems if/when I decide to terminate the service after the 3 free months.)

A unique streaming service with some great shows on it. Apple TV has a lot of really good shows on it but has one flaw. The seasons aren't on a schedule like normal cable. A season will end on a cliff hanger and you don't know when you'll see it resolved. Could be a year, could be two... Still waiting on Severance season 2

Great TV shows and movies, nice to have a free trial.

Very cool subscription. My shows are worth watching. But too many streaming channels that you have to pay for it to watch all the stuff you want.

Such an upgrade for our family. The picture is amazing for how big the screen is. The sound is great for just out of the tv speakers. My father wants one now do we will probably get him one for Christmas!!!
