Free guy steelbook

Full of laughs, amazing effects and a decent story. However, my steelbook once opened, shattered at the spine and after taking the wrapping and paper cover noticed huge dents on the front and back. Best Buy should be able to replace these and/or make enough for everyone and not make it so limited. I love my steelbook collection but can never complete it since they always sell out since not enough is ever made and scalpers take them all. Excited about the movie, but disappointed my steelbook is damaged and cannot be replaced.

Damaged

They need to realize shipping these in bubble mailers doesn't work.
