I'm definitely keeping my subscription though but it is a little too heavy on the promotion of DC content and not some of the best movies in their catalogue.

HBO Max Trial - Worth A Shot

I personally found the offering on this streaming medium to be subpar, but the amount of content available isn't bad considering the price. I recommend using this trial and seeing if anything catches your eye.

When I first purchased this they were advertising with 3 brand new movies. After I purchased this they have rarely added any new good movies.

It Is Alright

There are other options like some new release movies and movies/shows from the DC Universe catalog, but nothing that is impressive.

I don’t know what and I haven’t used it but cool... Once they remaster The Wire and The Sopranos in 4K/Dolby Atmos I may think about activating it... or something.

Nice to have something new, but disappointed about the requirements that come along with it.

Not enough Dolby Vision or Atmos Content

So sadly I cancelled after the free trial.

HBO Max

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To be honest, I've tried everything to actually download the HBO Max app on my Samsung TV and on my Sony Blu-Ray player, all to no avail. It just isn't there. I have been able to download the app to my phone, but who wants to watch a movie on their phone? Certainly, not me. HBO needs to allow this app to be able to be downloaded much easier on different types of media. We have and will continue to watch HBO, which we pay extra for on our DirecTV package, but as for HBO Max, they can keep that.
