Worth it for the new releases

I vastly prefer to watch films on my own own theatre. Something has happened in our society over the last 10 years where people think its okay to talk and use their cell phones during movies at the theatre. I always leave the theatre upset at the rude people who think its okay to ruin the experience for others. With HBO Max I can get back to enjoying movies again.

Get First-rum movies at home on release day!

Movies used to be released to theaters, then to PayTV then to DVD over a six-month period. Coronavirus pandemic has changed top movie releases are now made simultaneously! One can see a movie in the theater (if still open?) or stream it at home on the same day! That's progress and at least for all Warner Bros.' flicks, we can get them first but not free on HBO max!
