They sell products, and not the supplies for the product. I bought a Brother printer from this company. They do not sell the ink cartridges!!! Try to call and ask why, I am only getting off-shore calling centers (during business hours). This company has gone down hill big time!!! This was a good company, in the 1980's... STAY AWAY!!!!
