Our in home consultation was cancelled due to someone not being available to come out. Upon installation of the equipment we chose for our home theater our Geek Squad rep was incredibly knowledgeable,, worked neatly and explained everything in detail. It all came together.

Tom from my local store came to my home for a consultation and he saw my problem with a large bedroom and provided a great wealth of information and definitely helped me in my decision for a new TV & Sound Bar. Kudos to Tom and the installation crew from the Geneva, IL store.

Recently purchased a house and the house has a media room and speakers in other rooms. In order to listen music in other rooms due to digital and analog, purchased the Sonos Connect to resolve the issue. Great sound quality. Now I can control everything from the phone.

A lot of confusion in getting us our purchases. Eventually, the matters were cleared up, but it took lot longer than necessary. Still not done and it has been 7 weeks.

I received outstanding information and was offered several choices. Wasn't able to follow through with a purchase at this time, but plan to take advantage of the information and assistance from my Best Buy/Magnolia representative when the time is right.

Very professional consultation but we didn't feel there was a huge "sales pitch" going on. We bought what was suggested and they came back out to install the components. We didn't need everything that was suggested, and the return process was very easy. Highly recommended!!

We had a number of questions regarding home audio - our geek squad rep did a wonderful job explaining the best (and most cost effective) options. Our rep helped develop a plan for our entire house, and worked within our budget. In the end, it saved us hundreds of dollars.

Chris Roy from the Geek Squad was professional, gave great advice in our price range and worked efficiently with our cable installer to provide us a great TV viewing experience in our new home. We would use this service again in the future when purchasing technology.

As a single mom, i know nothing about TVs except i like to watch them... i wanted a larger tv in an odd space and needed HELP! My consultant was on time, kind and extremely helpful, not to mention knowledgeable and willing to help me make the right choice for ME.

We purchased a Sony TV and Bose sound system from Best Buy. The in-home consult Was excellent, and the install went very smooth. We did not price out the competition for the install, so I'm not sure if it was a good deal, but the work was very good.

Very knowledgeable on all aspects: wiring, surround sound, wall mounts, cost benefits. Did not try to sell me anything, just explained the benefits of each solution. Made what was an overwhelming project, into a very simple decision. Well worth it.

Expected a little bit more I guess. The rep was very nice, knew what needed to be done but literally took 5 mints say yes we can hang the TV over a fireplace.

Our experience was excellent with the Geek Rep.He called, suggested purchasing antennae before visit - could return if not working. He was on time completely professional and searched until finding signal. Have already recommended to friends!

It was very helpful to have someone more knowledgeable than me review our situation. Our house is wired for an older version of Bose, but the simplicity and flexibility of Sonos was better. Since we knew we were going to spend, having the consultation was a no-brainer.

I ordered in home installation for theater system, the service team were excellent and professional. Very organized and cleaned the room. Didn't leave until they were sure that they answered all my questions. I will definitely use them for any installation in my home

The consultation was recommended by a best buy associate. We had several questions about installation and the equipment options. The consultant resulted in a walk thru of our home and a few questions about where we wanted music to stream. A few days later we went into to see what the consultant recommend. The results ended in a recommendation to install over 12k of equipment and installation fees for 8 ceiling speakers, receiver, amp and some other equipment. No thanks!!

All my questions were answered in a professional manner and the necessary decisions were made so that I could proceed with the necessary planning and purchase.

I have always used Geek for any issues I have or anticipate having. I have always been pleased with a few exceptions. I trust them with being the professional and this time was no different. The technicians were efficient, timely and courteous.

Breck Cooper did a professional job with helping us to decide on a TV and home entertainment package. We have and existing speaker system in the home we purchased along with specific desires for a TV and entertainment package to integrated with that speak system.
