The member of the geek squad that came out was very knowledgable at getting me the info I needed to determine what whole home audio equipment I needed as well as what it would cost for installation.

I had a geek squad agent give me an in home consult for a home theatre system. They set me up with prices for everything as well as organizing everything I need to have it all come together. Would highly recommend if looking to build a media/theatre room.

From the start of getting a quote to the team coming out to do the installation it was flawless and perfect. Best experience I have ever had with a custom installation by any organization. They genuinely seemed to want to do the right thing. EXCELLENT, WELL WORTH IT.

TV works great, just wish that they would not have released it until everything was functioning. However, they done some updates and have promised more.

My tech rep from Best Buy was outstanding. Understood what I was looking for, laid out the things I needed to have the best set up to take full advantage of the TV, Sound system and internet signal upgrade to get the most out of my system.

Very happy to have the geek squad install multiple items. The universal remote may need to be reprogrammed, but that could also be operator error

After learning I would get my $ back after the consultation upun purchasing a TV I figured it was a no brainer. Very informative and worth my time.

Knew i wanted a good home sound system to hook up to the big screen TV. Brandon recommended Sonos & which models to put in each room, also where subwoofers & additional speakers could go. Very satisfied with eventual purchase & installation.

The Geek Squad was very professional. They were on-time, had everything they needed with them, installed my television exactly as I wanted, cleaned everything up very well AND answered every one of my questions....even the stupid ones, without a blink!!

Had them come out but the price is way more than we expected. Yes we want a quality install and we want things done perfectly but not going to over pay. We just purchased 4 TV's and also purchasing all the surround sound, speakers, devices from who ever installs. I just feel the price should reflect that if you are buying for them. We got a better price from a local dealer that specializes in surround systems and installs.

Surround sound expert came to the new house I am building. He met with the electrician and builder and thoroughly reviewed how all speakers are to be placed and wired. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The installation was good and the installer was very knowledgeable and did a good job. The pre-consultation was a waste of time. The installer should be the one who does the pre-consultation because he/she know what they need.

Took a while to get an appointment, but after visiting the in store studio it was impressive hearing the different options.
