The installation was on brick which was harder than normal wall. The professional installers handled it to the best quality as it looks quite stable after a whe. The bestbuy installation also comes with life time warranty.

Brian was great. Came out and confirmed my research. Called before he arrived and helped with specifics after he left. Being a "free" service (if you spend 500+ it rolls into the cost) I would say a must for a pre home theater purchase.

The team who installed my products were awesome! They had great advice and suggestions, did a great job installing, and even followed up with a phone call on additional information to set up my remote to control TV and my audio components.

Guys came round to the house and I explained what I wanted and they talked me through everything. Very professional and a great service - unlike the help in-store which left a lot to be desired and I ended up doing everything myself.

Service was on time and the guys who delivered were very careful not to damage our new appliances or our home while installing. They demonstrated how to use the appliances and asked if we had any questions before they left.

I have appreciated the personalization I got from my Best Buy project consultant. He has provided very personal service and has worked directly with the builder to identify and specify my project. I would definitely recommend this service.

The best part of the experience was the service. They removed my old TV and reinstalled it in another room. They installed the new equipment professionally and with zero cleanup on my part. I know it's done one time and done right.

The installers were efficient and fast. My new TV, the wall mount, sound bar, blu-tooth speakers and new DVD player were up and running in no time. They took time to show me how to operate all equipment. They covered all the "how tos".

Overall it was a good summary. It took some time to complete the assesent but worth it to know where we stand with our current system.

Bret gave us many suggestions as to placement of tv's as well as guiding us to a different tv selection. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We would seek him out again when purchasing a Best Buy tv!!

A member of the geek squad came to my house and listen to my explanation of what I wanted. He came up with a shopping list of everything needed down to cables, brackets, tv, etc. no pressure just good feedback.

Provided information on process and direction on speaker placement but left off items needed for install from the initial purchase.
