I did have the measurements for the space in which my new refrigerator was placed which everyone should have for a good consult. He assisted me in selecting the right refrigerator for my needs.

The TV is big, bright and beautiful. There is a separate app. remote which takes you easily to the many apps that are offter. However, like a cell phone, the apps cost money so we only use Amazon.

We are building a new home and the Geek Squad has been absolutely fantastic in helping us select the products to meet all of our sound and audio needs. Their installation team has been superb and very responsive.

This is a great free service that Best Buy offers and they told us everything we needed to buy when they came and looked at our house. They even gave us a list of comparables it was very helpful.

tv is perfect...smart tv the right size great color, focus and definition. sound quality easy access and clear. easy function to transition from tv to utube etc. remotes easy to use...

I recently moved into a new house and needed to set up an older a/v system in one room, and purchase and set up a new a/v system in the family room along with a system to pipe audio to two other rooms. The A/V system recommendations were fine and both a/v systems were installed appropriately. However, the system recommended for piping audio to additional rooms with existing speakers (Denon HEOS system) was ineffective in achieving what I wanted, was never installed properly and continues to not function. I would like to return it for something else since it is clear from other online reviews that the software for this system is flaky, consistent with the fact that I often can't see the rooms or connect to all the desired sources using an iPAD. It doesn't recognize Apple Mpeg files on a hard drive (as recommended by the system designer from Geek Squad). Also the volume is totally underpowered. This has been a collosal waste of money. Geek Squad should not be recommending products such as this that don't work. I would like something else to replace it.

The curve screen really works well in our room. I would recommend a sound bar to enhance overall viewing pleasure. The Geek Squad individuals were excellent in explaining things and were very knowledgeable.

I love my new sonos system! So easy to use and only takes up a quarter of the space the old system took up. Installer was great Chris showed me how to work my new system and now I have music all the time:)

I used geek squad for several projects in my home. The service was efficient and reasonable. The tech was very knowledgeable and made several suggestions to assist with the planning.

Love my new entertainment system. The TV is crystal clear and it seems like we are in a movie theatre without the crowd or sticky floor. The LG soundbars are sleek and sound wonderful.

great sound system and installed properly by the Geek Squad. If you want the best, you got to buy the best (Bose).

Good TV . Vizio 60 inch hooked up to the stereo system . Geek Squad had to come out three times to get the Universal remote to work properly on all components. A bit disappointing but working great now.

I am glad I chose to have someone tell me what was needed for my room. He listened to what I wanted and helped me make decisions from there. He showed me my options and let me pick with no judgement.
