first i am new in this territory, but since i have been a customer at BOSTON, i have dealt with the company. no doubt i have been happy with the product i buy. Keep up the good work.

Sam was prompt, informative and courteous. He surveyed, measured and advised as to the optimal set up for my downstairs living room. He was not pushy and did not try and sell anything.

The three gentlemen (Brandon, Tyler and Ricky) were amazing installers. They engaged me in the process and they were able to set up a wonderful entertainment system in two rooms. Love the set up!

The Geek Squad installation team did an excellent, professional install of our home entertainment system. They were friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thomas Nadeau installed both new TV's and we just love them. He did a fantastic job with ideas with the consultation. Kyle Powers in the store was awesome as well with purchasing the right products.

Although I don't enjoy e-mails being sent to me repeatedly until I submit a reviewt that the Geek Squad expert that came to my home and evaluated my home theater needs was very knowledgable and helpful.

The only complaint is that I took the time to go into store to buy 5 TVs only to be told I needed to contact Best Buy for business dept. so the next day BB for Biz called me to say Hi? Then I just went back into BB store & purchased TVs. The "middleman" (BB Biz)added more time & ppl to my experience. I walked in on day 1 wanting to buy & got the feeling that I broke the rules.

I am in the process of a major remodel on my home. I removed a fireplace and wanted to mount a 60" TV on the wall which required new framing to be put in place to support this change. There is a 2x4 brace between the studs so the TV cable and HDMI cables had to be laced around the framing. Hence, I sought advice from your "experts" while the wall was still open to make sure that I had enough HDMI cables etc. Your consultant, came to my home I told him that I wanted to make sure that enough cables are available for a 60" TV, Soundbar and a blue ray player the wall was open at the time and he was aware of the framing issue. He said that all I needed was 1 HDMI cable and the cable TV coaxial. I was then emailed a bid for $4,809.85 which I was shocked to receive. This is "way out of my budget" and not what I wanted but I assumed that he gave me good information in regards to the HDMI cable. The drywall has been put up, textured and painted. I was forced to go to one of your competitors for my Samsung 60" UHD Smart TV and sound bar for half that price because the price I was given was way out of my range. I don't recall discussing with him a price range but my General Contractor was present when he was here. However, I may be faced with additional construction costs if the 1 HDMI cable does not work and we have to open the wall 5 ft. to string additional HDMI's, Digital Audio/optical cable and a Digital Audio Coaxial cable for any future additions that I want. This $100 "advice" from an expert will probably end up costing me 5 times that amount and I'm out $100 consulting fee. I think I could have gotten more advice from one of your salespersons at the store and did not need this service - then I probably would have bought my TV etc from Best Buy. Other than renewing my warranty on my 50" TV with the geek squad, I doubt if I will continue to be a Best Buy Customer.

The installation went very well that I was pleased with the professionalism. I will use Geek Squad again for any installation because of their knowledge and promptness.

Andrew J. and Richard I. did a great job installing our new receiver and speaker switch to our existing speaker systems. They were polite profession and very knowledgeable. The install went smoothly.

They were ok. Michael who came out and later helped was great. Very knowledgeable and really seemed to know his stuff. The team that came to my house to do the installation were OK , but seemed to be the first time they had installed the particular type of TV i purchased. They struggled for a while but eventually figured it out with online video.

As it turned out we were moving three wall mounted TVs and the consultation insured there was a plan to guide the implementation. The actual Geek Squad work putting in the TVs went smoothly.

It was so stress-relieving to have someone come in who knew what he was doing and was so patient with our complete lack of knowledge. He made great suggestions and was very attentive to our needs.

I would definitely recommend this young man to my friends. He is courteous, knowledgeable about the subject matter and listens to the customer's comments and concerns relating to their installs.

However the promised speaker were not delivered which resulted in me spending more for a different set.

We were considering replacing a projector, but decided to go with a normal TV setup. Recommendations will probably be better for our situation and save us some money now and down the road.

We set up an appointment at the store to have the geek squad come out to our house during a week day, after 4pm, (*to see what it would cost to have a flat screen tv mounted on the fireplace), and instead of the tech coming to the house, they called and left a message, stating that they were off by 4pm, and they would not be able to come, and that they would not be able to mount the tv over the fireplace, and if we had questions, I could call them.... I thought about it and how would they know it could not be mounted, if they never came out to look at it... I never called back, because I was upset that I set up an appointment at the store (they should have known what time the work till) and instead of them showing up, the just called (which I was ok with the call and them leaving a message prior to 4 pm) instead of coming to the house.... I can understand things happen, but I guess I will go back and talk to the mgr and find out why the mistake........Not giving up on this, I am sure it will be resolved by the mgr, I would still recommend them...

It took longer then I had planned but the two that worked on my system was great and they did a great job. I know they stayed longer than planned but that is the service I am looking for.

The servicemen was very courteous and installed the dishwasher without any problems. He did a great job.
