After speaking with a sales associate at Best Buy, we decided that this product would be the best fit for my needs. After installation, it became apparent that it was the best choice.

for me this was a complete waste of time i purchased home security cameras and wanted bestbuy to install because i love everything about bestbuy.i was told bestbuy dose install these systems but when bestbuy got to my home all i got was we dont do 2 story homes, we dont aim the cameras but we will mount them up to 10ft. high, we dont run the wiers in the wall but we will run them on the outside of your home and i have 8 cameras can you imagine a bunch of wiers on the outside of your home?we dont set up the DVR and make sure everythig is working or show you how to use the equipment. All we do is drill a hole from the outside of your house to the inside and stick the wires through,and your on your own.Cant belive bestbuy charges $80.00 pur camera for this kind of service.Very disappointed, bestbuy should not even offer this kind of services.I still love everything eles about bestbuy,customer service,warnties,prices,computer services are superior.

They came to my house and assesed the problem and did everything they could to solve it. Unfortunately, it was a problem with compatibility and could not be fixed.

They sound great with my Yamaha 5.1 receiver. Blend in nice with ceiling. Sound is great and directional feature allowed optimal placement. Great tweeters for Jazz and classical music.
