Back in March, I contacted Best Buy to request a consult for the church that I work at. We wanted a projector and screen installed. The store clerk did a good job and got me an appointment within a few days. Day of consult, a guy named Tanner shows up. Works for Magenta (Best Buy's AV subsidiary). Takes a bunch of notes, asks if I need any other AV items. We talk about speakers and blue rays. Said he'd put together a quote and get it to me in a few days. A week goes by and nothing. I email him and he said he turned it over to his business team. A day or two later I received a voice message since I was away from work. I called them about two weeks ago and was referred to Amanda Hartig. She asks me what I'm looking for so I give her the job number. She says that she has to talk to the other guy, but she'll get back to me by the end of the day. Nothing heard. Few more days go buy and nothing. I called and left her a message yesterday. Still nothing. Some of the worst follow up that I've ever experienced.
