The printer has all components fax,print, and copy. The printer is light and does not take up a lot of space. I registered my printer and like clock work receive new ink in a timely fashion.

I wanted a simple consultation to get some ideas for my surround sound/entertainment. I understand they want to sell me products and have no problem with that, but the expert constantly was recommending the most expensive products. I told him several times that it's not in our budget and even met with him a couple different times to give me some alternative options. He never did. I would not recommend the consultation as the workers at the actual store were more beneficial.

I worked with 3 different audio visual specialists before trying the Magnavox Geek Squad. The specialists were always trying to up-sell me to systems and components I didn't really want or need, and they were really expensive and hard to communicate with. Brian at Best Buy worked with me to design exactly what I wanted and needed, and nothing more. He patiently answered all of my questions and came out to my house three times to make sure we were both on the same page. If the installers are as competent as Brian has been helpful, I will be very happy with the result. I'd give 5 stars, but we haven't done the install yet.
