I needed to purchase a new TV and wanted to update my home theater system so I contacted Geek Squad. I appreciated having an expert come and assess what I have and what I needed to purchase. It gave me confidence about making such a big purchase. The agent put together a detailed proposal within two days of our consultation. The only hiccup was that I had a question about the proposal and had difficulty contacting the agent for a few days. But once that was resolved, things were smooth sailing. The cost of the consultation was applied to the items I purchased, so it ended up paying for itself. I am happy with it.

This was to install a new receiver/amplifier and BluRay player in my Class A motor home to update the 12 year old original system. My home theater consultant was very knowledgeable, professional and had great communication by voice and text. The technician was savvy and did a fine job. The result - beautiful picture and sound! The appointment dates got all screwed up repeatedly and I found that frustrating. I got charged extra work time for an unrelated issue that the technician could not fix and feel that this time should have been credited back to me.

Set up my purchase home theater and program to all devices and explained well to me.

This is our first Smart TV and the 4K picture is like being on set with the stars.
