We had Geek Squad come to house and view room and needs and then met at store with salesman who we had originally worked with to refine our selections to fit the room. Purchased a Samsung 65" 3D TV, Vacuum Tube Sound Bar with wireless woofer (Samsung) with Samsung Blue Ray Player and top of the line Harmony Remote Control. Geek Squad delivered it all to house, unpacked it, set it up with my Direct TV service and Cox Internet onto and inside a TV stand we had purchased. They then explained and demonstrated all it's functions to me and then took all the unwanted boxes with them when they left. The price was outstanding! The patience of the salesman, Jermey, and the Geek Squad throughout was exemplary and a real pleasure for us to deal with. My wife and I are in our 70's and much of this has passed us by so we needed the help they all provided. Best Buy will be our first stop for all our needs in the future.

We needed to replace a very old TV in our great Great Room. Placing a much larger TV in the room presented challenges due to the layout of the Room. The members of the Geek Squad came to our home to assist us in determining which TV model/size would a good fit for the room and the optimum location for it. They arrived on schedule; and after an exchange with us regarding our preferences, they provded us two alternatives for consideration. We selected a model and location. Subsequently, we purchased the 60 inch Samsung SmartTV and they installed it. We have had it for about a month and so far are very pleased with our choices. The cost of the consulation was applied to the cost of the new TV and therefore was free to us..

75 inch Sony was defective and has to be replaced. Router and extender were not compatible so had to return for different extender. Equipment issues, but the installer, Ray Allen, was great!

I had a member of the Geek Squad come to my home to determine my audio/video needs in a couple of areas in my home. He arrived on time, was very professional and personable. I took his recommendations, purchased the products he suggested and thad them installed again, by the Geek Squad. The gentlemen that came to my home for installation were also very professional. They installed my tv and showed me how ot oeprate it before the left. I would definitely use them again.

The lead installer had an arrogant attitude, was in a big hurry to get in and out and did a marginally acceptable job. All he cared about was getting in and out as fast as possible and showing that the basics worked without caring if they worked optimally or even well. They also left a big tangle of wires that we had to unravel as part of getting things put together to work better and in a more integrated way. We ended up having to completely undo and reinstall everything, including hooking up the HDMI cables differently and now things are great.
