Geek Squad came in and installed my tv on the wall. Great job!

Very professional and informative experience with the in-home technician.

I never knew Best Buy offered this type of service until I was trying to decide on what I needed to purchase for my home theater system. The salesman offered to schedule an in home consultation which I took him up on. I was actually dreading the appointment because I knew it was going to be a high pressured sales pitch. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Geek Squad representative arrived promptly on time and listened to what I wanted in our home. He surveyed the areas I wished to cover and offered some great advice. He told me he would go back and work up a quote for each room and email an itemized proposal to me so I could purchase each item as my budget allowed. I was very impressed with this representative and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for expertise advice.
