I received decent advice helping us with our needs,however, I made two requests for confirmation on the quoted pricing and never received the information I needed. I was trying to spend $6000 and I got ignored, so I bought somewhere else. The other company would have come out for free, but kicked in the $100 that I spent for this Geek service because they felt bad for me.

Seemed more like a sales pitch than a consultation. Recommendations were way over priced. Geek squad member apparently did not understand my objective.

Came out to discuss Geek Squad Installation of new tv, speaker bar, blu-ray DVD player, and old gaming components into a large furniture cabinet. Man knew his stuff about what equipment was needed, what would work and what would not, especially necessary since our cable provider is "local" and not something national. Measured the furniture in many ways to make sure doors would close, all accessories would fit on shelves and have long enough wires to fit there. Made my life so much easier and saved me hours of my time! Ended up being free because Best Buy deducted the price of the this consultation when I bought the tv, etc from them. Recommend this service to everyone - just makes sense to leave it to the experts!

Two Geek Squad members can to house for consultation and were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and spent a reasonable amount of time at the house to try and determine potential solutions. They were on time and called the morning of the visit to confirm. Prompt follow up on estimate and easy to get scheduled. Ultimately could not provide wiring solution but did recommed alternatives that may be feasible. Nothing more expected.
