We had a television that we wanted mounted with all sorts of electronics as well and the geek squad was able to let us know if the job was even possible. As usual they came and let us know that if was no problem. This was actually our second consultation for our second big screen television.

Excellent service and the products work well. I have had some problems with the programming of the universal remote and I found that the remote I was sold was not the top of the line so look for one more advanced if you are spending this kind of money. I often have to manually switch on various components.

My Geeksquad rep did a spot-on job explaining to me what could and could not be done when putting together a home theater system for my particular living room. He put together an inventory of all the items I would need, set up an appointment for the install and made it as easy and professional as you could get. Best of all, the consult fee gets refunded to you when you have Geeksquad install your system. Can't go wrong with this one.

I highly recommend having an in-home consultation done prior to purchasing equipment. My consultant came out and viewed our new home under construction and made recommendations based on the room size, construction materials, acoustics and general layout. Based on his suggestions, I was able to then go to the store and purchase from a position of confidence and information the items which would best fulfill my budget and needs.

The team from Best Buy came to my home to go over the demesions of my room where I wanted to instal the home theater. After a thorough evaluation I was immediately gioven verbal and written recommendations for the type of sound package I was looking for, with a complete price listing and product description.

Hard to get folow up. I went ahead and purchased my projector direct from Crutchfield-60 day return policy. I may go to a Magnolia location to have speakers and the receiver shipped. I can't justify the cost of the install and calibration given my initial experience.

Prior to buying my samsung led tv and klipsche surround sound system, I was glad I waited to make a final purchase on all the products. I initially wanted to purchase a Bose system for my pre wired house but the geek squad guys paid a visit first and explained to me that a different system was going to be needed. They installed everything I needed and did a very professional job. Thank you to Marc and Cesar from the geek squad in El Paso, Texas.

Equip. Good explanation lacking. Still don't know how to use harmony 650 features. Geek installers seem to be on hurry to leave after installing equip. Don't understand many features I paid for ,surround sound,3duse,speaker adjustment,etc.. Not very happy after spending 3000 dollars with Best Buy!

I was excited to find out that the geek squad would b able to finish my distributed home audio, as I lost contact w the guy who wired my house. I realize my house is hard to find, which is y I expected a phone call. No call, no show, no e-mail, til i got the request for a review. Here it is! Highly disappointed. Affected my purchase of a MacBook air this week. Went to the apple store, saved $150, didn't bother w the price match. 2nd bad experience w the geek squad. I prefer buying high end electronics from a brick & mortar store, might have to start to look online I guess.

My Geek Squad installation was wonderful. My Geeks installed my new equipment - TV, receiver, blue ray DVD player, and universal remote - and also connected my cable DVR, "old" VCR and speakers to complete the system. They programmed the universal remote so that all the components could be operated by the single remote. My Geeks also patiently made sure that I understood how to operate the remote and all components. They were outstanding!

When remodeling my house, I had a Magnolia Rep complete a survey and make recommendations. My goal was improved listening throughout the house and a surround sound solution for TV and movies. The home's design limited my options so we decided on directional in-ceiling Bowers and Wilkins speakers for the 7.1 surround system and matched pairs of B&W speakers in three other listening areas. Easy install and great sound!

Had Magnolia installers install 5 ceiling speakers and subwoofer to work with Pioneer Elite receiver, apple tv, cabel and blu ray player. Install was well aligned and clean. All compenents were set to work with Harmony remote. Sonance speakers are perfect and can really make my family room feel like a movie theater! Stephanie was a great help at the store and we walked though my options and some recommendations and it's all come together perfectly.

Joshua Schander and Jose Cavazos both showed up for the equipment install. They took their time and paid close attention to detail to make sure that everything looked neat and done correctly. They had to install a lot of equipment and did not rush or complain. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and will continue to use Geek Squad if I ever need any other home theatre equipment installed in my home.

It was no problem disconnecting all my entertainment system when I moves, but reconnecting it was daunting so I just had Geek squad do it. Great guys (Michael and Jonah) who told me what I needed to upgrade the way I wanted, and did all the work. My only complaint is that there seems to be 2 Magnolia companies (who oversee Geek Squad) so there was double booking of technicians, but all straightened out in the end).

The staff spent hours with me in the store , answering my questions, showing me the high end and the lower end stuff. They helped me find a good system that I can build on , and I was able to put the extra I spent on my Best Buy card at zero interest for two years.

I was supposed to be contacted by your specialists to set up an appointment to inspect the site for surround sound installation etc. No one ever did. Upon my inquiring again a month later, no one had a clue about it!

He did not tell me anything I didn't already know.

Replacing an old projection tv (large and bulky). Had in-home consultation with Best Buy and was given info for what would be needed to have complete functionality with TV, Dish, CD Player, and surround sound with present speakers and wiring. Had not anticipated what would be required (new receiver, HDMI cords, etc.). Very pleased with consultant (very knowledgeable and courteous and on time for appointment).
